01What we offer

tomnumber sells one-time and rental phone numbers that receive the verification texts apps send during sign-up and login.

The price of a number, how long it waits for a code and the rental length are whatever the pricing table and the number screen show.

02Your account

You sign up either with an account key or with a username and password. We don't ask for an email. Anyone holding your key or password can get into the account, so keep them somewhere safe. A lost account key can't be shown to you again.

Each network is limited to 3 accounts in total.

03How you may use numbers

Our numbers can receive texts only. They can't place calls or send messages.

Use them only for lawful purposes. Fraud, spam and getting into accounts that belong to other people are not allowed, and we may suspend accounts used for them. You are also responsible for following the rules of the app where you enter the number.

04Top-ups and balance

Balance can only be spent on tomnumber numbers and rentals. It can't be cashed out. Refunds are paid back into it.

Top-ups are accepted in crypto only and go through a payment processor. A bonus is added at a set rate depending on the amount you top up.

05Changes to the service

Prices, supported countries and the app list may change without notice. Anything you bought before a change keeps the price you paid.
