Reading number statuses
Each number in your dashboard carries one of the statuses below. A one-time number waits 25 minutes for its code.
- Waiting for code
- The number is issued and waiting for a text. No code yet, so you can still cancel it.
- Code received
- The verification code is in. Open the number's card to see and copy it.
- Refunded
- The 25-minute wait ended with no code. Your balance got the price back.
- Canceled
- You canceled this number before any code came. The price was returned to your balance.
- Active
- The rental is running. Every text sent to this number is listed.
- Ended
- The rental period has passed. Rent again if you still need a number.
