Refund Policy

  1. 01Refunds are paid to your balance

    All refunds are credited to your tomnumber balance and can be used on another number right away. Balance can't be paid out as cash.

  2. 02One-time numbers

    When a number gets no code within {minutes} minutes, its price is returned to your balance on its own. Cancelling it yourself before a code comes in gives back the same amount.

    Once a code has arrived on a number, that number isn't refundable.

  3. 03Rental numbers

    Rentals of 3, 14 or 30 days are sold for the whole period, so they aren't refunded after the rental starts.

  4. 04Cases we don't refund

    We don't refund a number typed into the app incorrectly, an app that verifies only by voice call instead of text, or problems in the app after the code was delivered.
